陸軍のチームによる瓦礫撤去作業の終了からさらに10日前後が立ち、ロサンゼルス郡公衆衛生局チーム等による、焼け焦げ再成長が望めない樹木の伐採処理と、汚染された土壌の改善のための処理が行われました。

こちらは当日立ち会うことができませんでしたが、後日写真を撮ってきましたので、記録として掲載しておきます。

陸軍工兵チームからの瓦礫撤去処理の完了（06-09-2025）と、危険物除去の完了の立て札です。

初日の説明通り、建物から3フィート以外の部分は手付かずで残されています。

隣の家との境の塀はそのまま残されています。

リビングルームからいつも見ていた2本のモミジ（リキッド・アンバー）が伐採処理されてしまい、すごくむなしい心境です。

しかしながら、これで再建準備が一歩前進しました。
建築家さんと情報交換を密にして、秋口の上棟式を目指したいです。

Soil contamination cleanup and removal of burned trees completed

Approximately 10 days after the completion of debris removal by the Army team, tree removal by the Los Angeles satellite city was completed.

Approximately 10 days after the completion of debris removal by the Army team, tree removal of burned trees that could not regrow and soil remediation were carried out by the Los Angeles County Public Health Department team and others.

I was unable to be present on the day, but I took photos later and am posting them here for record purposes.

As explained on the first day, areas more than 3 feet from the building remain untouched.

The fence between the neighboring house and ours remains intact.

The two maple trees (Liquid Amber) that I used to see from the living room have been cut down, leaving me with a sense of emptiness.

However, this marks a step forward in the reconstruction preparations.
I aim to work closely with the architect to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony in the fall.
