今回は以下の3項目についてのお話です。

年始の1月7日、
忌まわしい火災からちょうど一年が過ぎました。
大みそかにいただいた、
修正図面の最終的な承認を
メールにて済ませた後は、
SVさんから添付されてきた大量の参考写真を見ながら、
妻と、今後の内装デザインのイメージについて話し合いました。
具体的には、
＊焼失前の内装の温かさを創造的な解決法で何とか再現したいーー＞
＊そのための素材として、木材のパネルとコンクリートの壁を
＊ダイニングと、リビング・ルームの内壁に多用したい。
＊床材については、「スレート（コンクリートの打ちっぱなし）」（寝室・洗面所）と松材（リビング、キッチン、ダイニング）の併用で、、、
内壁材をドライウオール以外にすると施工費が高くつく問題：

建築家さんとのやり取りが、
家の内部の材質や構造材の選択に移る中、
オークの伐採後の建築許可が下りた時にすぐ様
ガレージ部分の着工が出来るよう、
あらかじめ、
以下のような準備が必要となります。
＊構造エンジニアをコンペで決定して、必要な構造材や、補強材の選定を進める。
＊建築現場の土壌の状態を調べてもらい、必要な基礎固めや、コンクリート層の厚さを決定してもらいます。
＊構造上のOKが出たらSV事務所による詳細な建築用の設計図に着工してもらう。
＊工務店をコンペで決定して、SV建築事務所との連携体制を固め、上棟式に備える。
これまでの経験上、
『不安材料と、運頼みの戦い』になる
この部分をスムーズに進めるために、
妻と私が手分けして事を進めなくてはいけません。
＊妻が、電話やメールで、
構造エンジニア、土壌調査の専門家、工務店の候補とのアポ取りや、
コンペ内容の受け取りを担当。
＊私が、メールや書類を精査することで、
契約内容や、金額、詳細を確認する。
オークの樹についての進展を待つ間、
こんな感じで、この先の見通しをつけています。

樹護士の「R」 さんの調査内容とそれに伴う方針が整い、
彼女と妻と3人で、アルタディナのウッドベリー・ドライブにあります、LA群の臨時役場へ自宅跡地に生育する3本のオークにつて、今後の指標を伺いに出かけました。
（こちらの役場は、被災者の便宜のために、LAの本部に出向く手間をなくすことと、ここ一か所に連邦系も含めたすべての公的機関の出先を集めることで、非常に便利で、わかりやすくなっていました。）
具体的には、

以上の内容につき、
的確・手短に伝えるようにと、アドヴァイスをもらい、
いざ、実行となりました。
窓口に立った係の人は感じのいい若い男性で、
さりげないアーボリストとしての「Ｒ」さんからの助け舟的助言もあり、
途中、『複数のオークがある場合』につての取り扱いの確認のため、上司に聞きに行ったのみの、ほんの7－8分の会話で、
提出物は、【オーク1本分につての
レポートのみでＯＫ】の了解が取れました、
予想していた最善の結果を得られた後、にっこり微笑み合った後、
「R」さんから、
今週金曜までに、レポートと写真を送ります！
というGOOD NEWS がもらえました！！

Once Arborist “R”’s investigation findings and the resulting plan were finalized,
the three of us—she, my wife, and I—went to the temporary LA County office on Woodbury Drive in Altadena to discuss future guidelines for the three oak trees growing on our former property.
